🌱 Roots & Early Life

Born on 14 May 1997, in Rohtak, Haryana, into a family of doctors, Manushi’s upbringing was rooted in academic excellence. She topped her CBSE Class XII English exam with 96%, studied at St. Thomas’ School in New Delhi, and cracked NEET on her first attempt. Later, she earned her MBBS from Bhagat Phool Singh Medical College in Sonepat. Alongside academics, she trained in Kuchipudi under the revered Reddys—showcasing her artistic talents early on.

Manushi embarked on pageantry through Campus Princess 2016, reached the finals, and then represented Haryana in Femina Miss India 2017, where she won both “Miss Photogenic” and the title of Femina Miss India World.

At Miss World 2017 in Sanya, China, her powerful answer—asserting that motherhood deserves the highest salary—cemented her place in global hearts. Additionally, she won the prestigious Beauty With A Purpose award for her Project Shakti, which raised menstrual hygiene awareness in over 20 villages, impacting about 5,000 women. On 18 November 2017, she became the sixth Indian to be crowned Miss World, ending India’s 17-year hiatus since Priyanka Chopra.


🎬 Transition to Bollywood

Manushi smoothly transitioned into acting, debuting in Samrat Prithviraj (2022) opposite Akshay Kumar, portraying Princess Sanyogita. She followed with The Great Indian Family (2023) alongside Vicky Kaushal. Her action-packed role in Bade Miyan Chote Miyan (2024) reunited her with Akshay Kumar. Upcoming projects include the thriller Operation Valentine (2024) and the action drama Maalik (2025) with Rajkummar Rao.
